If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dtetejpor@gmail.com  with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, issue store credit for a future purchase.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
